Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
HR Business Partnering & Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and people management matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Payroll Management
- Manage and run monthly payroll processing for all employees within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, statutory components, and salary revisions.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality while adhering to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and relevant stakeholders for payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend action plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize employee recognition, wellness, and team-building activities.
Performance Management
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning.
- Support managers in performance improvement discussions and talent development initiatives.
- Monitor performance trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
HR Operations, Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support audits and ensure HR process compliance across the organization.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage seamless onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Facilitate employee transfers, promotions, and role changes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Manage offboarding and separation processes in compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or equivalent) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and employment laws.
- Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Shift time – 3PM – 12AM
